Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring part-time Behavior Technicians to work with children with autism or developmental delays in home or clinic settings across Oakland, Pleasanton, Livermore, and Hayward. The role offers 2–3 hour sessions, a Monday–Sunday schedule from 2–8pm, and pay of $20–$24 per hour with increases after RBT certification.

We welcome entry-level candidates and RBTs to grow their skills, pursue certification, and advance within the organization.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient approach with children.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred (6 months).
• Spanish-speaking a plus; strong communication skills with families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support during sessions.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA/BCAT.
• Collect and record data on client progress accurately.
• Communicate with families to provide updates and support.
• Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and supervision.
