Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider delivering in-home services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This part-time BT/RBT role operates in clients' homes, under BCBA supervision, focusing on communication, behavior, feeding, ADLs, and social skills to help children gain independence.

The position involves travel to homes, implementation of evidence-based plans, data collection, and family collaboration to ensure skill carry-over.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required for in-home travel).
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine commitment to helping children with autism reach their goals.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a care team.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes and provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a home-based setting.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track progress and inform updates.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA and family to ensure skill carry-over in the home environment.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with children and families.
