Verbal Beginnings is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes, schools, and community settings. You will work under a BCBA supervisor to implement individualized plans, collect progress data, and support families in applying skills at home.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Patience, compassion and commitment to helping children with autism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes to provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Implement BCBA-designed ABA treatment plans.
• Collect data and track progress for treatment updates.
• Collaborate with BCBA and families to ensure skill carry-over at home.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
