Job summary

Verbal Beginnings, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work in-home with children diagnosed with autism. You will be supervised by a BCBA and implement individualized ABA plans in clients' homes, schools, and communities.

You will collect data, travel to client homes, and collaborate with families to ensure skill carry-over and progress toward goals. A supportive environment and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine commitment to helping children with autism.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a care team.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes and provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a naturalistic, home-based setting.
• Implement individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA to address each child's goals.
• Collect and record precise data to track progress and inform treatment updates.
• Collaborate with the supervising BCBA and family to ensure consistency and carry-over of skills at home.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with children and their families.
