Job summary

Bright Pathways ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician for in-home support, helping children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills with individualized guidance from clinical partners. The role emphasizes human connection and collaborative care within families and communities.

You’ll work 1:1 with children, track progress, and participate in flexible scheduling designed to fit your life while contributing to a compassionate, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• You are a Behavior Technician or open to becoming one (we’ll train you!)
• Live nearby and have reliable transportation
• Care more about people than processes — and want your work to reflect that

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in their home or community to build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Use positive reinforcement and relationship-based strategies to support progress
• Implement personalized therapy goals developed by a Clinical Partner (BCBA)
• Track session notes and share observations with families in a clear, simple way
