Job summary

Bright Pathways ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician for in-home (1:1) therapy, with part- or full-time hours. You will support children in their home or community, building communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills, using positive reinforcement and family collaboration. Training is provided, and reliability is valued.

You will partner with Clinical BCBA staff to implement personalized goals and track progress, while documenting session notes and observations for families.

Qualifications

• 1:1 work with children in home/community settings.
• Open to becoming a Behavior Technician; training provided.
• Live nearby with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support children during play and routines to build skills.
• Use positive, relationship-based strategies to encourage progress.
• Implement goals set by Clinical Partner (BCBA).
• Document notes and share progress with families clearly.
