Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team in a full-time or part-time capacity in Virginia. We provide gold-standard ABA services for children from birth to 21 and support you with a robust clinical team and innovative data tools.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ABA with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment and confidentiality.
• Strong communication and teamwork in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions that change lives.
• Support clients as they develop positive behaviors and skills.
• Explain assessment results and treatment recommendations to families.
• Monitor for issues and communicate concerns to the team.
• Supervise, train, and orient a growing team of technicians.
• Physically assist with sessions involving movement of young clients.
