New Patterns ABA VA in Richmond, VA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for in-home and community-based ABA therapy. We offer full-time and part-time roles with flexible hours to fit client and family schedules.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, conduct assessments, develop and monitor intervention plans, train staff, collect data, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records using Central Reach. Competitive pay ranges apply.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Serve clients in homes, schools, or community settings.

• Collect and analyze data to track progress and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for coordinated care.
• Maintain medical records using Central Reach and ensure HIPAA compliance.
