Proud Moments ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as full-time or part-time clinical experts in Norfolk, VA. You will apply ABA principles to improve outcomes for children on the autism spectrum and supervise data-driven interventions while partnering with families and our clinical support team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license or sitting for exam in the next 3 months.
• Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children with autism.
• Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Share in client achievements as they develop positive behaviors and new skills.
• Support families by communicating assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Mentor and train a growing team of behavioral technicians.
