Job summary

Proud Moments ABA, a behavioral health leader, seeks a BCBA in Virginia to develop and supervise ABA programs for children with autism. You’ll work with a multi-tiered clinical team and leverage advanced data tools to drive meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license or sitting for exam within 3 months.
• Experience applying ABA with children with autism.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to confidentiality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor progress and share achievements with clients and families.
• Provide guidance during family conversations to explain assessments and recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by identifying potential issues and communicating concerns.
• Mentor and train junior staff and technicians.
• Engage in hands-on sessions and adapt activities to fit 2–15-year-olds.
