ABC Services is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are dually licensed as LBAs for in-person, contract work in New Jersey. The role will involve FBAs, BIPs, supervision of BCBA-Candidates and Technicians, and delivering parent trainings in home and community settings.

You will design and implement evidence-based treatment plans, coordinate with schools and other providers, and ensure high standards of care while enjoying a flexible schedule and unlimited earning potential as

Formación

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related human services field.
• Active BCBA License in NC, NY, or NJ.
• Active Licensed Behavior Analyst Credential in NC, NY, or NJ.
• Direct 1:1 services to clients and Parent Counseling remotely.
• Experience conducting assessments such as Vineland, VB-MAPP, ATEC, etc.
• Experience developing and implementing Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition plans.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct FBAs and create BIPs.
• Supervise BCBA-Candidates & Behavior Technicians.
• Implement evidence-based strategies in home/community settings.
• Develop and implement ABA treatment plans for children and families.
• Schedule and conduct parent trainings (PCT).
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care with teachers and school providers.
• Monitor progress, analyze data, and report progress using RETHINK.
