Job summary

Step Up Family Services seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to provide clinical leadership for ABA services in Passaic, NJ, including home-based and community settings. The role entails assessments, BSP development, supervision of BTs/RBTs, and family partnership to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification.
• NJ LBA licensure required.
• Experience supervising BTs/RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments including FBAs.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and modify BSPs and treatment plans.
• Analyze data to evaluate effectiveness and inform decisions.
• Provide supervision and coaching to BTs/RBTs.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to ensure coordination.
• Maintain required documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Travel to assigned client homes and locations as needed.
