Job summary

Achievement Behavior Care (ABC) Services is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBAs) in NY/NJ for in-person or hybrid roles. Flexible schedules and no minimum billable hours with independent contractor status are offered.

You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, supervise staff, and train families in home settings. Role involves data-driven treatment planning, parent trainings, coordination with school personnel, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related human services field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst License (BCBA) is required.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst credential is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs).
• Create behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Supervise, evaluate, & mentor BCBA-Candidates & Behavior Technicians.
• Implement effective strategies for clients in home and community settings.
• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans for children and families.
