Job summary

ABC Services is seeking Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are dually licensed as LBAs to join our ABA team. This contract-per-diem role offers flexible scheduling, remote, in-person, and hybrid options, with mentorship and senior clinical support.

Start rate is $85 per hour for 1099 contractors, and you can choose your caseload and hours. Responsibilities include FBAs, BIPs, supervision of BCBA-Candidates and Technicians, and delivering evidence-based interventions in home and

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst credential.
• In-person position with potential for hybrid.
• Provide direct 1:1 services and parent counseling/training.
• Malpractice insurance.
• Experience with Vineland/VB-MAPP/ATEC assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgement, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience developing Behavioral Intervention Plans.
• Experience developing skill acquisition plans.
• Knowledge of DTT programming.
• Knowledge of naturalistic ABA programming.
• Multilingual is a plus.
• Dedicated to building a team of Behavior Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs.
• Create BIPs.
• Supervise, evaluate and mentor BCBA candidates and Technicians.
• Implement strategies for clients in home and community.
• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans for children and families.
• Schedule and conduct parent trainings (PCT).
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care with school personnel.
• Conduct initial and reassessments and create BIPs.
• Monitor progress and report data.
• Provide support to families and colleagues.
• Ensure high standard of care.
