Job summary

Step Up Family Services LLC is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for opportunities across Southern New Jersey. The BCBA/LBA role includes clinical leadership, supervision of BTs/RBTs, and development of BSPs with focus on children and families served in home, center, and community settings.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, per diem), travel to client locations, and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and NJ LBA licensure prior to independent practice.
• Experience conducting FBAs, BSPs, data analysis, and treatment adjustments.
• Experience supervising BTs/RBTs and coordinating with families and schools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and FBAs to identify priorities.
• Develop and monitor individualized BSPs and treatment plans.
• Supervise BTs/RBTs and ensure fidelity of protocols.
• Collaborate with families to promote consistency across environments.
• Maintain clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.
