Job summary

RCG Behavioral Health Network is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical oversight for in-home ABA services in Virginia. You will supervise Behavior Technicians and RBTs, conduct observations, develop and update treatment plans, and train families.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and applicable licensure expectations stated.
• Experience with ABA programs and supervision needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing supervision to RBTs and ABA Therapists.
• Conduct regular clinical observations and coaching sessions.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on client progress.
