Job summary

Recognizing Children's Gifts is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead in-home ABA services for children and families. You will provide clinical oversight, supervise technicians, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure ethical, high-quality care.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and train families while maintaining documentation and compliance with BACB standards and funding requirements. A strong clinical leadership background is essential.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Active Virginia Behavior Analyst license (or ability to obtain before start).
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to ethical clinical practice.
• Reliable transportation to conduct home visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians and ABA Therapists.
• Conduct regular clinical observations and coaching sessions.
• Ensure treatment integrity and quality service delivery.
• Promote ethical, evidence-based ABA practices.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans based on client progress and data.
• Coordinate family training and caregiver coaching to support skill generalization.
• Maintain timely clinical reports and documentation in line with BACB and funding sources.
• Mentor new clinicians and support onboarding and competency development.
