Job summary

Recognizing Children's Gifts is seeking a BCaBA Clinical Supervisor for In-Home ABA Services, providing clinical oversight, supervision, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and RBTs in home-based programs.

The role includes assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, FBA), treatment planning, family training, and ensuring ethical ABA practices with a manageable caseload and supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification and Virginia license active or able to obtain before start.
• Minimum two years of experience working with children with ASD.
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to ethical clinical practice.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing supervision to RBTs and ABA Therapists.
• Conduct regular clinical observations and coaching sessions.
• Ensure treatment integrity and quality service delivery.
• Promote ethical, evidence-based ABA practices.
• Manage and document supervision activities per BACB requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client progress.
