Zusammenfassung

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight for a dedicated team. You will assess clients, develop treatment plans, and ensure effective training of therapy programs in the clients' natural environments.

You will work with Field Coordinators and Regional Directors to maintain high-quality care, supervise RBTs, and empower families as partners in progress. This role is BCBA-led and focused on outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with supervision experience.
• Current licensure or ability to obtain in the applicable state.
• Commitment to high-quality, outcomes-based care.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical oversight and guidance to technicians and clients.
• Assess clients, develop individualized treatment plans, and train staff.
• Collaborate with Field Coordinator and Regional Director to ensure quality.
• Coordinate with caregivers to empower progress and training.
• Supervise and support RBTs on the child’s team.
