Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field and BCBA certification.
• Current state licensure where required and background screening clearance.
• Experience providing ABA services across home and clinical settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide supervision to BTs and RBTs in accordance with BACB requirements.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret clinical data to guide treatment.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary providers and document in required timelines.
• Ensure compliance with BACB Ethics Code and payer requirements.
