Job summary

RCG Behavioral Health Network is seeking a BCaBA Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical oversight, supervision, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and RBTs in home-based ABA services for children and families in Virginia.

The role emphasizes supervision, treatment planning, caregiver training, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, while maintaining ethical, evidence-based ABA practices and compliance with BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current BCaBA certification as required.
• Active Virginia Behavior Analyst License or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to ethical clinical practice.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing supervision to RBTs and ABA Therapists.
• Conduct regular clinical observations and coaching sessions.
• Ensure treatment integrity and quality service delivery.
• Promote ethical, evidence-based ABA practices.
• Work directly with children and families in home settings with manageable caseload.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and leadership.
