Job summary
RCG Behavioral Health Network is seeking a BCaBA Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical oversight for in-home ABA services. You will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments and develop treatment plans while training families and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications
- Current BCaBA certification required.
- Active Virginia Behavior Analyst License or ability to obtain prior to start.
- Minimum of two years of experience with children with ASD.
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to ethical clinical practice.
- Reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing supervision to RBTs and ABA Therapists.
- Conduct regular clinical observations and coaching sessions.
- Ensure treatment integrity and quality service delivery.
