Job summary

RCG Behavioral Health Network is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to provide in-home supervision and mentorship for RBTs and ABA Therapists in Virginia. You will oversee assessments, treatment planning, and family training while ensuring ethical ABA practices.

You will work with a clinical leadership team to foster collaborative care, maintain quality, and support ongoing professional development in a home-based setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification.
• Active Virginia Behavior Analyst license or ability to obtain before start.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA Therapists.
• Conduct regular clinical observations and coaching sessions.
• Ensure treatment integrity and quality service delivery.
• Promote ethical, evidence-based ABA practices.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on client progress and data.
• Conduct parent and caregiver training.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Complete supervision documentation per BACB requirements.
