Job summary

RCG Health Network is seeking a Center-Based BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to join as Clinical Supervisor. You will supervise ABA Therapists, collaborate with in-house SLP and OT, and maintain a small caseload in a center-based setting.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and licensed by the Board of Medicine.
• At least 2 years of experience working with children with autism and/or communication disorders.
• Ability to adhere to the BACB Code of Ethics.
• Excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing clinical supervision to ABA Therapists with monthly check-ins.
• Conduct weekly clinical observations and give feedback to therapists.
• Complete funder-required supervision notes and reports.
• Develop and present in-service trainings to improve competencies.
• Provide initial and ongoing behavioral skills assessments (VB-MAPP, FBA, ABLLS-R).
• Develop and modify treatment plans and curricula based on data.
• Oversee family training to apply strategies at home or in natural settings.
• Meet with families to review progress and funding requirements.
• Collaborate with outside teams (IEP, SLP, OT).
