Job summary

RCG Behavioral Health Network seeks a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical oversight and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and RBTs within our center-based ABA services.

You will conduct VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and FBA assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, train families, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while upholding ethical, evidence-based ABA practices.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Active Virginia Behavior Analyst License (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing supervision to RBTs and ABA Therapists to ensure quality service delivery.
• Conduct regular clinical observations and coaching sessions.
• Ensure treatment integrity and ethical ABA practices.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on data and progress.
• Train families and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain BACB-compliant supervision documentation and timely clinical reports.
