Job summary

RCG Behavioral Health Network seeks a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical oversight, supervision, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and RBTs for high-quality ABA services to children and families. The role includes supervision, assessments, treatment planning, and family training.

The position requires a current BCBA certification and Virginia license or the ability to obtain before starting, with at least two years of ASD experience.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Active Virginia license or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to ethical clinical practice.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing supervision to RBTs and ABA Therapists.
• Conduct regular clinical observations and coaching sessions.
• Ensure treatment integrity and quality service delivery.
• Promote ethical, evidence-based ABA practices.
• Work directly with children and families in home or clinic settings.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on data.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client progress.
