Job summary

American Bathroom Remodelers seeks a Design SALES Consultant to join our growing team in a full-time, in-home sales role in the San Diego area. You will meet with homeowners, evaluate their remodeling needs, design customized solutions, present pricing and financing options, and guide customers through a trusted sales process to a signed agreement.

Qualifications

• Previous bathroom remodeling sales experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in bathroom remodeling, home improvement, remodeling, replacement windows, roofing, kitchens, or other in-home sales environments preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience conducting in-home consultations and closing sales.
• Interior design experience may be beneficial, but strong sales background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home consultations.
• Evaluate customers' bathroom remodeling needs, goals, and budget.
• Design and recommend customized bathroom remodeling solutions.
• Present products, upgrades, pricing, and financing options.
• Educate homeowners on product features, benefits, and installation processes.
• Guide customers through the sales process from consultation to signed agreement.
• Assist homeowners with selecting fixtures, colors, finishes, layouts, and design options.
• Accurately document project details and prepare contracts.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Follow our proven sales process to achieve and exceed personal sales goals.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
