Job summary

American Bathroom Remodelers in San Diego, CA is seeking a Design Sales Consultant for a sales-driven, in-home remodel role. You’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, design customized bathroom solutions, present pricing and financing, and guide customers from consultation to signed agreement.

This full-time position offers $150,000–$250,000+ per year with base pay plus uncapped commissions, weekly pay, and generous benefits including holidays, PTO, mileage and cell phone reimbursement, and

Qualifications

• Previous bathroom remodeling sales experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in bathroom remodeling, home improvement, or related in-home sales environments preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home consultations.
• Evaluate bathroom remodeling needs, goals, and budget.
• Design and recommend customized bathroom remodeling solutions.
• Present products, upgrades, pricing, and financing options.
• Educate homeowners on features, benefits, and installation processes.
• Guide customers through the sales process from consultation to signed agreement.
• Assist with selecting fixtures, colors, finishes, layouts, and design options.
• Document project details and prepare contracts.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Follow the proven sales process to achieve and exceed personal sales goals.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development.
