American Bathroom Remodelers is seeking a Design Sales Consultant to join our growing team in San Diego, CA. This in-home, sales-driven role focuses on helping homeowners choose the best remodeling solutions while delivering exceptional service.

You'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, present products and financing options, and guide customers from consultation to signed agreement, earning through base pay and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling bathroom remodeling or home improvement services is preferred.
• Ability to conduct in-home consultations and close sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsabilités

• Meet with homeowners during in-home consultations.
• Evaluate customers' remodeling needs, goals, and budget.
• Design and recommend remodeling solutions.
• Present products, pricing, and financing options.
• Educate homeowners on features, benefits, and installation processes.
• Guide customers through the sales process from consultation to signed agreement.
• Assist with selecting fixtures, colors, finishes, and layouts.
• Document project details and prepare contracts.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Follow the sales process to achieve personal sales goals.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
