American Bathroom Remodelers in San Diego, CA is seeking a Design Sales Consultant to join our growing team. You’ll meet with homeowners in their homes to assess bathroom remodeling needs, design solutions, and guide them through the purchase.

This sales-driven role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, paid holidays, and year-round work with no seasonal layoffs. You will be supported by pre-qualified appointments and a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous bathroom remodeling sales experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in bathroom remodeling, home improvement, remodeling, replacement windows, roofing, kitchens, or other in-home sales environments preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience conducting in-home consultations and closing sales.
• Construction or remodeling industry knowledge is a plus.
• Interior design experience may be beneficial, but candidates with strong sales backgrounds are preferred over design-only experience.
• Competitive mindset with a passion for helping homeowners improve their homes.

Responsabilités

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home consultations.
• Evaluate customers’ bathroom remodeling needs, goals, and budget.
• Design and recommend customized bathroom remodeling solutions.
• Present products, upgrades, pricing, and financing options.
• Educate homeowners on product features, benefits, and installation processes.
• Guide customers through the sales process from consultation to signed agreement.
• Assist homeowners with selecting fixtures, colors, finishes, layouts, and design options.
• Accurately document project details and prepare contracts.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Follow our proven sales process to achieve and exceed personal sales goals.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
