Job summary

American Bathroom Remodelers in San Diego, CA is seeking a Design Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-home sales role focused on helping homeowners select the best remodeling solutions and guiding them from consultation to signed agreement.

You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, design and recommend customized bathroom solutions, present pricing and financing options, and educate clients on product features and installation processes.

Qualifications

• Previous bathroom remodeling sales experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in bathroom remodeling, home improvement, remodeling, replacement windows, roofing, kitchens, or other in-home sales environments preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience conducting in-home consultations and closing sales.
• Construction or remodeling industry knowledge is a plus.
• Interior design experience may be beneficial, but candidates with strong sales backgrounds are preferred over design-only experience.
• Competitive mindset with a passion for helping homeowners improve their homes.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home consultations.

• Design and recommend customized bathroom remodeling solutions.

• Accurately document project details and prepare contracts.

• Follow our proven sales process to achieve and exceed personal sales goals.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
