American Bathroom Remodelers is seeking a Design SALES Consultant for in-home bathroom remodeling projects in San Diego, CA. This full-time role emphasizes helping homeowners choose remodeling solutions, building trust, and guiding customers from consultation to signed agreements.

You'll meet pre-qualified homeowners, provide tailored remodeling recommendations, and drive earnings through a proven sales process with base pay plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifikationen

• Previous bathroom remodeling sales experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in bathroom remodeling, home improvement, remodeling, or other in-home sales environments preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience conducting in-home consultations and closing sales.
• Construction or remodeling industry knowledge is a plus.
• Interior design experience may be beneficial, but candidates with strong sales backgrounds are preferred over design-only experience.
• Competitive mindset with a passion for helping homeowners improve their homes.

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home consultations.

• Design and recommend customized bathroom remodeling solutions.
• Present products, upgrades, pricing, and financing options.

• Guide customers through the sales process from consultation to signed agreement.
• Assist homeowners with selecting fixtures, colors, finishes, layouts, and design options.
• Accurately document project details and prepare contracts.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Follow our proven sales process to achieve and exceed personal sales goals.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
