Job summary

Toledo New Bath is seeking an in-home sales representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes, learning their remodeling needs and presenting bath solutions to help them choose the best option for space and budget. You’ll use an iPad and design software to create customized bath designs and present them to homeowners.

This consultative sales role rewards building trust, clear communication, and successful closing. Training is provided, and you’ll travel within the Toledo area.

Qualifications

• Previous in-home sales experience; home remodeling or construction sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• The ability to build trust and connect with homeowners quickly
• Confidence discussing products, pricing, and financing options
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• The ability to work independently while following a proven sales process
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the Toledo area
• Comfort using an iPad, computer, and basic sales software

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners at scheduled appointments
• Build rapport with homeowners and understand their remodeling needs and goals
• Present Toledo New Bath’s bath remodeling solutions using an iPad-based sales presentation
• Use our software to create customized bath designs based on each homeowner's needs
• Explain product options, benefits, and pricing clearly and professionally
• Guide homeowners through the decision-making process and confidently close sales
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information using company systems
• Participate in ongoing weekly sales training and coaching
• Follow up with customers as needed throughout the sales process
• Represent Toledo New Bath professionally in every customer interaction
