Job summary

Toledo New Bath in Toledo, OH is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes, learn about remodeling needs, present bath solutions, and help them choose the best option for their space and budget.

You’ll use an iPad and design software to create customized bath designs, discuss options, pricing, and financing, and confidently close the sale. Travel throughout the Toledo area is required.

Qualifications

• Previous in-home sales experience; home remodeling or construction sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to build trust and connect with homeowners quickly.
• Comfort using an iPad, computer, and basic sales software.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners at scheduled appointments.
• Build rapport with homeowners and understand remodeling needs and goals.
• Present Toledo New Bath's bath remodeling solutions using an iPad-based sales presentation.
• Use our software to create customized bath designs based on each homeowner's needs.
• Explain product options, benefits, and pricing clearly and professionally.
• Guide homeowners through the decision-making process and confidently close sales.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information using company systems.
• Participate in ongoing weekly sales training and coaching.
• Follow up with customers as needed throughout the sales process.
• Represent Toledo New Bath professionally in every customer interaction.
