Toledo New Bath is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative in the Toledo area. You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes to learn needs, present bath solutions, and help choose the best option for space and budget.

You will use an iPad and design software to craft customized bath designs, explain options and pricing, and close sales. Travel and professional presentation are required; commission-based compensation offers unlimited earning potential.

Qualifications

• Previous in-home sales experience; home remodeling or construction sales a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust with homeowners quickly and manage time efficiently.
• Comfort discussing products, pricing, and financing options.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the Toledo area.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners at scheduled appointments.
• Build rapport and understand remodeling needs and goals.
• Present bath remodeling solutions using an iPad-based sales presentation.
• Create customized bath designs using design software.
• Explain options, benefits and pricing clearly and professionally.
• Guide homeowners through the decision-making process and close sales.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in company systems.
• Participate in weekly sales training and coaching.
• Follow up with customers as needed and represent Toledo New Bath professionally.
