Job summary

Toledo New Bath is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes, present bath remodeling solutions, and help clients choose the best option for their space and budget. This consultative role uses an iPad and design software to create customized bath designs and present them to customers.

You will build trust, communicate clearly, close sales, and participate in ongoing weekly training.

Qualifications

• Previous in-home sales experience; home remodeling or construction sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and connect with homeowners quickly.
• Comfort discussing products, pricing, and financing options.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently while following a proven sales process.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the Toledo area.
• Comfort using an iPad, computer, and basic sales software.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners at scheduled appointments.
• Build rapport with homeowners and understand their remodeling needs and goals.
• Present Toledo New Bath's bath remodeling solutions using an iPad-based sales presentation.
• Use our software to create customized bath designs based on each homeowner's needs.
• Explain product options, benefits, and pricing clearly and professionally.
• Guide homeowners through the decision-making process and confidently close sales.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information using company systems.
• Participate in ongoing weekly sales training and coaching.
• Follow up with customers as needed throughout the sales process.
• Represent Toledo New Bath professionally in every customer interaction.
