Qualifications

• Previous in-home sales experience; remodeling or construction sales a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust with homeowners quickly.
• Confident discussing products, pricing, and financing options.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently following a proven sales process.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Toledo area.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners at scheduled appointments.
• Build rapport with homeowners and understand remodeling needs and goals.
• Present Toledo New Bath's bath remodeling solutions using an iPad-based sales presentation.
• Use our software to create customized bath designs based on each homeowner's needs.
• Explain product options, benefits, and pricing clearly and professionally.
• Guide homeowners through the decision-making process and confidently close sales.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information using company systems.
• Participate in ongoing weekly sales training and coaching.
• Follow up with customers as needed throughout the sales process.
• Represent Toledo New Bath professionally in every customer interaction.
