• Previous in-home sales experience; remodeling sales a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust with homeowners quickly.
• Comfort discussing products, pricing and financing options.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel Toledo area.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners at scheduled appointments.
• Build rapport and understand remodeling needs and goals.
• Present bath remodeling solutions via iPad-based presentation.
• Create customized designs using our software.
• Explain options, benefits, and pricing clearly.
• Guide customers through decision process and close sales.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in systems.
• Attend weekly sales training and coaching.
• Follow up with customers throughout the process.
