Job summary

Big Sandy Superstore in Greenwood, MS is seeking an Appliance & Electronics Technician to diagnose and repair customer units. You will contact customers at the start of each work day, run scheduled calls, and ensure accurate documentation in the system.

You will order parts, install them, test operation, and finalize billing notes. The role requires strong customer and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or in a team, contributing to our commitment to quality service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair customer appliances/electronics.
• Contact customer at the start of each work day.
• Run all calls that are scheduled for the day.
• Order parts and document in the work order from the customer's home.
• Install parts on units and test operation after installation.
• Call tech line and document call in the system after any failed repair attempt.
• Finalize all billing notes from the customer's home.
• Additional tasks, both within the scope of this position and outside of it, will be assigned and are expected to be completed within the agreed upon time-frame.
