Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in New Jersey is hiring a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD. You’ll work with a BCBA and a care team, receiving paid training and exam costs, and earning premiums for after-hours sessions.

In-home or clinic-based sessions are a core part of the role, with data collection and collaboration with families. If you’re 18+, have a high school diploma, reliable transport, and a passion to help children reach

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation; travel up to 30 miles.
• RBT certification preferred, not required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to track data and conduct preference assessments.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed.
