Job summary

RightWay ABA, a woman-owned, BCBA-led provider, seeks a dedicated therapist to implement individualized ABA treatment plans in clients' homes in New Jersey. You will teach communication, social, daily living, and play skills, using reinforcement to shape behavior under BCBA supervision.

You will prepare materials, maintain session notes, collect progress data, and collaborate with supervising BCBAs and caregivers to support client outcomes. Training to become an RBT is provided.

Qualifications

• Responsibilities include implementing ABA programs and collecting progress data.
• Must work under supervision of a BCBA and follow BACB guidelines.
• Strong communication with families and team members desirable.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, daily living, and play skills.
• Use reinforcement strategies to increase desired behaviors.
• Implement behavior-reduction plans to address challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress.
• Prepare materials needed for therapy sessions.
• Maintain detailed session notes and documentation according to company and insurance standards.
• Track skill acquisition and behavior trends using data-collection software.
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs about client progress and challenges.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions.
• Provide feedback to caregivers when appropriate and under BCBA guidance.
• Follow ethical guidelines set by the BACB and uphold client confidentiality.
