RightWay ABA in New Jersey seeks a motivated Behavior Technician (BT) to support children ages 2-18 in in-home and center-based therapy. You will implement ABA treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA and help develop essential communication, social, daily living, and play skills.

This role offers training and support to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), collaborative team meetings, and adherence to BACB guidelines.

Qualificações

• BT responsibilities include implementing ABA plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data and monitor client progress using data-collection software.
• Follow BACB ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, daily living, and play skills.
• Use reinforcement strategies to increase desired behaviors.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and participate in team trainings.
