Job summary

RightWay ABA in New Jersey is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to implement in-home ABA plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will help children aged 2-18 develop communication, social, daily living, and play skills in their homes.

You will collect data, maintain session notes, and collaborate with BCBAs and caregivers, with training provided to advance toward RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Provide in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, daily living and play skills.
• Collect real-time data on client progress.
• Prepare therapy materials and maintain session notes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and caregivers under BCBA guidance.
• Follow BACB ethics and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs about client progress.
• Attend team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions.
• Provide feedback to caregivers when appropriate.
• Track skill acquisition and behavior trends using data-collection software.
