Job summary

RightWay ABA in New Jersey seeks a Behavior Technician (BT) to support children aged 2-18 through in-home and center-based ABA therapy. You will implement treatment plans created by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs and families.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 4pm–7pm, with supervision and ongoing opportunities to advance toward RBT certification. This role emphasizes ethical practice and client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Direct client support with ABA implementation.
• Session preparation and documentation of therapy activities.
• Collaboration and communication with supervising BCBAs and families.
• Adherence to BACB ethical guidelines and client confidentiality.
