Job summary

RightWay ABA, a woman-owned, BCBA-led organization delivering in-home and center-based therapy for children, is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT). You will implement ABA plans, teach essential skills, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors.

Training and support are provided to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You will collect data, maintain notes, and communicate progress with families and the supervision team to uphold professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, daily living, and play skills.
• Use reinforcement strategies to increase desired behaviors.
• Collect accurate, real‑time data on client progress.
• Prepare materials needed for therapy sessions.
• Maintain detailed session notes and documentation.
• Communicate progress with supervising BCBAs.
• Participate in team meetings and supervision sessions.
• Follow BACB ethics and maintain confidentiality.
