Job summary

Golden Care Therapy provides in-home ABA services across the East Coast and seeks ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our team under BCBA supervision. You will deliver 1:1 ABA services to children with autism and follow approved treatment plans to improve learning and safety.

We value ongoing training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth, including lead RBT roles and full-time paths. RBT certification is required for this role and experience in special education or ABA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Collect data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
