Job summary

All About ABA, LLC is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for in-home ABA therapy. You will work alongside a BCBA to implement therapy plans and collect progress data for individuals with ASD and developmental disabilities.

The role emphasizes in-home service delivery, collaboration with a BCBA, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment. Experience with ABA and ASD preferred; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required or preferred.
• Experience with ASD/ABA therapy is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Ability to manage time and stay organized.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Collect and record data on progress and behaviors using Central Reach.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to develop and implement behavior plans.
• Maintain a safe and supportive in-home environment for clients.
