Job summary

All About ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home ABA therapy. You will implement plans under a BCBA, provide one-on-one services to individuals with ASD, and collect progress data using Central Reach.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification, a high school diploma, and have strong communication and organizational skills. Reliable transportation is required to travel to home-based sessions.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience with ABA therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Collect and record data on progress and behaviors through Central Reach.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy.
