Job summary

Apploi is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work 1:1 with clients, implement treatment plans created by a BCBA, and document progress.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling (AM and/or PM), a supportive team, travel locally as needed, and opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children is desirable.
• Ability to pass a background check is required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment.
