Job summary

Succeed ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide evidence-based ABA interventions in clients’ natural environments, primarily in home settings. The role emphasizes data collection, analysis, and collaboration with program staff to ensure consistent treatment plans.

With part- and full-time positions available, applicants should hold RBT Certification, have reliable transportation, and be committed to working with children and adolescents with autism.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required)
• Valid Driver's License or reliable transportation (Required)
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism (Required)
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
